The Modules:
Module 1 – Attention
In this module you will learn how nature can help you restore your brain from attention fatigue and overwhelm. Our brains have a lot to process in our modern day life, and they get tired or even overwhelmed. You will learn a simple and fun exercise that will help you experience instant relief, and the more you practice the more you will be able to find true restoration.
Module 2 – A Sense of Calm
When you are experiencing chronic stress you will find it difficult to really relax and find your sense of calm. You will probably have trouble coming into the present moment as your thoughts persist on worrying about the past and the future. If you find yourself in this place, this module will show you how, with the help of nature, it is so much easier to find your sense of calm!
Module 3 – The Power of Awe and Wonder
Before we connect with the Power of Awe and Wonder, you will learn a lot about your nervous system to help you integrate the 2 previous modules and get you ready for this next step. Then, you will learn how nature can help you connect with the powerful positive emotions of Awe and Wonder which also play an important part in stepping out of a stressed state and connecting to something bigger then yourself. You will have a lot of fun with this exercise!
Module 4 – Finding Beauty
As we keep building on the previous modules, you have now arrived in the perfect place to create a lasting habit of finding beauty in nature, each and every day. From this place, you will be amazed at what you can find and how a simple daily practice will bring you a sense of calm, a sense of joy and much, much more! It can be truly life changing!
